While the companies will continue to operate as separate divisions, they will complement each other with broader service offerings and a greatly expanded ISP footprint.

Atlantic Nexus, who is Broadband Reports’ nationally ranked number one Regional DSL Broadband Provider, will benefit from Net2Atlanta's extensive connections to the Internet and other ISPs. In addition, Atlantic Nexus customers will have access to Net2Atlanta's services from On-line backup to Spam Filtering, and from Colocation to high speed T1 and fiber services.

The merger will also increase Net2Atlanta’s territorial reach as well as add automated infrastructure processes that has been the backbone of Atlantic Nexus’ success. Atlantic Nexus also brings its excellent customer support to the combination.
